Thanks for the tip and , Rolf and Bob

Both 11.6.21 signed and 11.7.32 signed:
- local page, local file: no problem
- local page, file from PDB: Java security blocks get fileHeader
- page on server, file from PDB: Java security blocks get fileHeader

that's
http://biomodel.uah.es/Jmol/sequence_info/11-6/v3.htm
http://biomodel.uah.es/Jmol/sequence_info/11-7/v3.htm
(load a molecule and then click on the [SEQRES] button at lower
right)

The pop-up menu behaves consistently with the scripted page.

Indeed, that page works for me too. So I've downloaded 11.7.36 (at
SF) and updated my page to use it rather than 11.7.32: same problme
both locally and in the server.

So, either you Bob have a script in your page or it is a server-
dependent issue. In any case, I cannot risk it. I'll test using "set
pdbGetHeader true".

Ah, all that is in Firefox 3 WinXP. IE8 and Safari4 do the same, so
it's only Java-specific (I was suspecting Firefox JVM or cache).

Yes, "set pdbGetHeader true" solves the problem.

Thanks
