Further diagnosis. Both jmolAppletInline() and jmolLoadInline() fail to display a molecule. I've successfully reproduced the problem on my own Web page, just trying to display a simple MOL file. I'm using Safari 4.0.4 on MacOS 10.5.8 and Jmol 11.8.15.
