This morning... it seems to be OK. I can see Chinese, German, Turkish...

Now if I can get narro (http://code.google.com/p/narro/) to open a
project using the JmolApplet po file I'll be able to start the
translation. I'm waiting for a response to my request for help there.

Thanks for your speedy response.

j...@ws3:~$ lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS
Release: 10.04
Codename: lucid

j...@ws3:~$ uname -a
Linux ws3 2.6.32-22-generic #36-Ubuntu SMP Thu Jun 3 19:31:57 UTC 2010
x86_64 GNU/Linux

j...@ws3:~$ java -version
java version "1.6.0_20"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_20-b02)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 16.3-b01, mixed mode)

That's my workstation. I don't know what will happen at the school.
They're all windows machines there, and in the home of those students
who actually have computers.

I am delivering some structures from a FreeBSD server, using the
jmol-11.8.24 applet, source, and javascript at

  http://www.mueangchiangrai.net/chemistry, or
  http://www.mueangchiangrai.net/chemistry/chemical-structures

I could, of course, just link to the original at

  http://chem-file.sourceforge.net/

but I want to do the translation as well. In fact, that's a big part of
the project. Without the facility that Thai menus and translation bring
to I don't think it will be nearly as useful here as it ought to be.

The narro is a web based translation facility. I hope to enlist the help
of the students here in the translation, and I hope that they get
excited, flex their muscles, and get more interested in their English as
well.

Thanks again for your interest. I'll let you know how things progress...
via the list though. I cannot correspond with a gmail.com address. I
don't need anyone compiling a dossier on my correspondence, especially
not a corporation as deadly competent as google.
