For the translation of the .po files, we usually use
launchpad<https://translations.launchpad.net/jmol> for
cooperative online translations or poEdit <http://www.poedit.net/> for
offline translations.
Personnaly, I prefer when it is done through launchpad, it's easier to
manage the import / export procedure into Jmol.
But you can use an other tool if you prefer and send me the translated .po
files.
Translation will then be integrated in the official Jmol.
