Hi,
I had this crazy project in mind. How about doing an entire slideshow
presentation in jmol. Well.. ppl are doing it in HTML and PDF.. so why not
in jmol!
bcos 1, you can put pictures and do animations with jmol, (echo IMAGE)
2, you can project 2D or 3D text wherever u want (labels)
3, you can pause and play script.. (pause)
if there is programmable " onkeypress" event in jmol (like pressing arrow
keys for transition between different views), it wud be superb for making
presentations based on protein structures.
Can i know your comments about it? my google search on the same did not give
useful information.
