Bob: It's ChemDoodle Viewer -- simple enough, and small js files. Not interactive at all. It reads the MOLfile data which seems to be what is available for LMH.
LMH: You will have to read the documentation available at the ChemDoodle WebElements website. There are a lot of choices for controlling the style.
