This looks pretty good. As long as there is an element that I can just 
stick in a td tag, then it should play nicely with any other html code I 
may need.

It looks like I just need to have,

ChemDoodleWeb-libs.js
ChemDoodleWeb.js

in the directory with my html, is that right?

I will need this to be dynamic, meaning that I won't be able to hard 
code the number of rows and such, but that is a question for the ruby 
code that will generate the webpage.

Can you do things like modify text color and such?
