I have played around with this some today and created this test page, http://www.molconn.com/test/display_structures.html This is pretty close to what I need and I'm sure can be tweaked a bit more. This is hard coded for the 5 structures and next I will need to make it dynamic so that the webpage can accept a text file as input and display it as I have it here, for any number of rows, etc. The structure renderings are reasonable, but the the resizing is a bit off. Structure 4 could be bigger, as there is considerable white space between the bottom of the picture and the cell border. Structure 5 also appears is if it could be bigger. Structure 1 got clipped a bit. There are likely just some adjustments that need to be made. If you look at the src, you can see how I turned on the text color and such. I will also need to add functionality to change the value of the sts col, export to a text file, etc. I will probably pay someone to make this a dynamic webpage in ruby, since I often don't have the time to do all of the implementation for that sort of thing. It generally doesn't cost all that much to have something done on elance, but if anyone here is interested, just let me know.
