All,

http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/zip/jmol-13.3.4_2013.08.11.zip fixes a
bunch of problems with the HTML5 version of Jmol, particularly those that
depend upon jQuery (menu, console, in particular).

There's also a bug in the current release of both versions 13.3 and 13.2 of
all of Jmol that involves misreading of states (zoom is not being read
properly).

This pre-pre-release introduces a new Jmol command, MODULATION, which is
applicable to a specialized form of crystallography that relates to
"incommensurate modulated structures." These crystal structures are mostly
periodic but have long range disorder that can be modeled as a periodic
function along one or more directions. Leads to some pretty interesting
results!

If nature does not answer first what we want,
it is better to take what answer we get.
