Option 1) - "no mouse binding" sounds rather technical Option 2) - "Selecting atoms:" appears twice - "Changing Coordinates:" reappears as "Moving atoms:" - "the mouse is over the structure" sounds rather fuzzy Option 3) - "Selecting atoms:" appears twice - "(or group...based on set picking option)" shouldn't be in there because option 3 has a fixed 'set picking atom' setting. Other settings would mean another option. I don't like that not all important information is within the table any more. Now there are mentioned somewhere in the text above the table some of the settings belonging to an option. And others are in the header. Since each of these settings influences the behaviour it is really important that the user makes sure they are all set correctly. Besides it is also more comfortable if they are all in the header because one can just copy/paste an option set into the Jmol script console. And the setting "set picking IDENTIFY" doesn't occur in any of the options, so it will be rather confusing to mention it. One reason for putting crosslinks to the scripting documentation also into the table was similar to the argument above: making the table a rather independent information unit. Another one was that the links also nicely separate the name of the switch from it's value. And a third one was that it is more convenient to have the links not in just one place.
