I can make a page for the install fest and send an announcement to all site members. It is a good idea to send people to the site from the brochures and flyers you will be posting. Links to Linux downloads and to this mailing list is a must. The goal of the install fest is to bring new blood. By the way, we had our last install fest 3 years ago. We are not pressed into this one. It is wise not to do it right before exams. Same goes for the professional crowds. New year is either time off or busy busy busy. Also, you have Eid Adha holidays coming up during your preparations in 11 days. Anyway, since this is a coalition of the willing then by all means charge away.
