Alright, back in business.

I just came back from the campus, and I talked to the professor
responsible for these events.

His name is Dr. Qasim Al-Radaideh.

He told it's a great idea, and he has no problem with it, but he told
it
has to be held in the scientific week, in May.

However he gave me his card, and told me to deliver it to you so you
can contact him,
tell him about JOLUG, and give him all the information he needs to
know.
