Both Sides Now in Life as a House is indeed taken from the 2000 CD of the same name, but some of the lines were taken out, or edited together. Disappointingly, the song (and all the other songs in the soundtrack) are not on the soundtrack CD (it consists of the film's 'background' (someone help me with a better word, there) music, composed by Mark Isham (nice work from Mark, but a full soundtrack CD would have been great).
