James Overlast even South Africa? What did he play there? The Sari Marijs
Medley? He is tasteful enough to combine it with "Free Nelson Mandela" and
"Don't Play Sun City No More".

Ron, one word of reprimand, though ... there is absolutely nothing wrong
with The Happy Hammond Goes Pop. It's pure vitamin B3 ... And the HHgP's
version of Little Jimmy Osmond's Lucky Lover From Liverpool is a killer!

Kamahl, Nana Mouskouri, James Last ... Bob is reaching new heights! Whatever
next?

John (NL)

(P.S. apologies for the many typos in my post; I didn't read it through as I
needed to catch a train. Women dragging their men out to dance in isles
instead of aisles - an unforgivable typo in Joniland - nice image, though)

lol - what an appropriate description of james last.

he was unfortunately also very big, & very popular here on tv and on lp - my
dad unfortunately loved him (but then my dad also loved "the happy hammond
goes pop" etc). every 2nd hand vinyl seller here has a huge selection of his
albums.

i had obviously succeded in forgetting about him, and to be reminded of him
now.... :-( be glad you never heard of him!!!

the horror,,,,, the horror,,,,,,,
