Thanks to everyone who responded to my post. I used to be a high school teacher myself (science instead of English) and I miss a lot of things about teaching, but not the pay, which was and still is very low in Louisiana. Maybe I'll return to it one day if I can afford it. Anyway, I hope the zenith of recognition for Joni's talent is still in the future, but most of all I hope that there is much more to come from her in the future.
