He said it in a hotel in Columbus OH to Bonnie Bramlett.  Elvis had just 
played a gig at a small hall in Town and Bramlett was touring with Stephen 
Stills, who had played at a bigger venue.  I can tell you that the Elvis show 
was every bit as angry and confrontational as this comment.  I was there, and 
it was amazing!
