well i'm about 3/4 of the way thru. VERY NICE. i don't listen to many covers
but these folks have done a great job. the music is accessible without being
lounge lizard. ACOY and MIDWAY  have a George Winston at his best sound. the
most amazing treatment i've heard is NRH - they've given it a gospel feel if
you can imagine and it works. its a treat to hear Rays Dad and Cotton Ave.
i actually think it would serve as a good introduction to joni's music for
those who may be put off by the sound, or voice, or preconceived notions of
the composer.
i am thrilled to have it, its quite lovely.
