Les, I've just gotten around to reading these links posted Sept 26. Sometimes if things get hectic, I hang onto certain posts to read later - this was one. This should be required reading for anyone working in the mental health field. If you read them in the order in which you listed them, it's particularly touching. I knew some of the details of Jaco's life and death but still, when you read these in chronological order, it's very powerful. I got about halfway through and I had to stop because I was crying too much - it's so tragic, and the words "there but for fortune..." keep going through my head.
