I was thinking today that some of the reaction to Joni going orchestral might be akin to the reaction of some fans to Billie Holliday deciding she wanted to record a country western album, or Tony Bennett deciding to start singing folk songs and strumming on a dulcimer or Beethoven deciding to compose for banjo or Dylan deciding to do a born again Christian album (oops he DID that one already! ;-) Kakki
