Hello Gang- I am WAY behind as usual with the list (about 600 emails) I have been in email hell for the past couple of weeks and have just changed servers at home again as well as work. I hope to be back up to speed this week and I will post my lastest email addresses.
I wanted to encourage people to take advantage of the suggestion that Les made regarding using the JMDL as a political/religious discussion list and sign up for the list on yahoo that he set up. I use yahoo for several OTHER discussion lists including the new Lee Shore list (CSNY CPR ETC.) are there and it is very neat and easy to use. I think when the list owner is forced to make this type of request it is for a very good reason. Just a friendly reminder (no flames necessary!) I also wanted to publically thank Kakki, Dulson, and Rick and Brad for their amazing hospitality and one of the great weekends of all time. It was really alot of fun getting together for music and plenty O' libations. Croz and Graham were amazing and the surreal Japanese Jazz Club were the highlights, not to mention McGuinn. FYI, I am on the prowl for a live recording of the CNPR gig and I know it is out there. I will make an announcement for those interested. In other news, Mardi Gras is upon us and I will be working the big four Mardi Gras Balls ( Zulu, Endymion, Bacchus, and Orpheus) and will be downtown in a hotel partying for the weekend so if anyone plans to be in town please let me know so we can hook up.
