As a follow up, since you said "now", I assumed you already had looked into ecard systems.
http://www.sendcard.org/ seems to be the most popular open source, php based ecard system currently out there. As I mentioned, just change the submit form to make the "to" address a hidden field and hardcode it to your office address. Or you could simply remove it entirely and change the code so when it emails the card it emails it to the office address.
