Their plan is to print out the card and hand it to the patient. This is
a hospital and is just a nice thing they do.
I also need to make it easy for them to print it out, with the greetings.

php based ecard system currently out there.
As I mentioned, just change the submit form to make the "to" address a
hidden field and hardcode it to your office address. Or you could
simply remove it entirely and change the code so when it emails the
card it emails it to the office address.
