or plunge them into genocide. Training it is harder
than training for the Olympics. In fact, only God's
Spirit can fully master it, because only God can get
inside your heart, where all the words come from, and
cleanse the source so the fountain will be clean
water. Today, ask God to help you train your tongue
so that your speech may glorify Christ and build
others up in love, to the praise of God the Father.
