Praise the Lord! Hi friends, my name is Mary Jacobs. I reside in
Calgary, Canada. I spent sometime in Kerala from '95-'98 during which
time I was involved with the Jesus Youth movement. I was fortunate to
meet the Rex Band then, and I have since made wonderful friends. At this
time, I request you all to please pray for an upcoming major youth
retreat that is going to be held in Toronto, Canada. It is the U.M.C.
Conference 2001 (United Malayalee Catholics.) There are a lot of youth
expected to be in attendance from Canada and the U.S. We pray that they
may be touched and inspired to do God's will after having an enlightening
weekend of music, mass, scripture and other activities. There definitely
is strength in numbers so thank you all for keeping this prayer request
in mind. God
