Yes, I have to say that's it's been very surprising that the site would be so badly broken in IE 7 since it was put up. I figured someone would get around to fixing the css...assuming that's what the problem is.
The site looks great when it's right, but really bad when it starts flying apart. Can't we get some love (or at least affection :o) for the IE 7 version of the jQuery site?
