You can. I do it all the time. I usually make sure that I keep all fx windows closed unless I'm working in them. I just looked to see if I can see what the window title is, but I can't. This is a good question.

Who would have thought! I would never have found out that this is the way to get the 4 bands visible (albeit one at a time). Thanks a bunch. Now I can apply different eq to different tracks. I couldn't figure out how to do that from the FX dialogs. Seems like if I add one of the sonitus effects, then it applies to all tracks that have that effect loaded. BTW, Phil (I believe) did a great job of putting together HSC sets for the multi-band equalizer. One of the neatest things is that you can set up an effect and then slide the frequency around using the frequency shift list item. For your EQ band problem: In the module options, go to eq and plot submenu and make sure that 1 band is checked. For some reason the 4 band eq doesn't work with JSonar. Once you have 1 band eq enabled, You can then go to the "EQ disabled" button and press ENTER to enable the eq. Press down arrow to the band button and press ENTER on it. A context menu will come up giving you all 4 bands. Arrow to the one you want and press enter on it. All other controls in the eq will be for that particular band. You should be able to change bands without losing the settings for your other bands. Haven't tested, but worth a try. 2. For you not being able to hear any changes, you need to make sure the band you are working with is enabled first. Just because it's displayed, doesn't mean it's enabled. You need to enable the eq, enable the band and then make your changes. This should work with prerecorded tracks as well as realtime playing. EQ is EQ. It shouldn't make a difference. Let me know if you have other things that need sorting out on the eq.
