when in Sonar, hit JAWSKey+H to bring up the help screen for almost any Sonar view or dialog. Read through this and you will find the hotkeys for doing most any funtion you want.
for looping, you set the now and thru time, hit the hotkey for setting the loop end points to the current now and thru times, and then toggle looping on.
