[Jsonar] looping

I can't loop at all. I've pushed f9 and f10 to set now and thru 
times, but I can't change from what bar to what bar. My sighted 
friend helped me loop, and he says that there was a looper start 
and end window, but JAWS doesn't see it. Please help me.
I'm extremely frustrated.
