what I say is for example a drum is heard more on the right Speacker than
the left one...

Not sure what you mean by meth, but to move a track between your speakers
find its pan column, and adjust it with the value change keys or hit ENTER
and type a number, followed by L for left, R for right, or no number and C
for center.
