I am not familiar with "vinclude"?

have you tried hard coding CONTENTS to myfile.jsp? The specs does not
say you can allow variables here. Then again it doesn't say you can't
either. So like anything else with this rather incomplete spec its left
to ones own interpretation. My interpretation and it seems JRuns too is
that the include file must be predefined.
