Yes Craig was right...
Now it works...

I should have looked at it before...

I used the jswdk-1.0-ea version and not the
jswdk-1.0.1 ...

I apology if your answer worked...

and about version i'd like to know when aproximatively
will be the release of Apache Jserv supporting servlet 2.1 API.
