I agree with "it should work in any JSP 1.1", but where did you
read that JRun 3.0 taglib is freely available?
At this moment it is bundled with JRun 3.0 RC 1. I did not found
any special license for the taglib. So I don't believe it is
allowed to use jruntags.jar without JRun.
