Only for the first question.... Apache isn't needed!!!!! Tomcat works as a
Web Server and it can run as a standalone Web&Java server. But it is not as
quick as Apache... so Apache is recommended for static content distribution
and Tomcat for JSP application deployment (is it right written???)
