We use UltraDev an over all it is a pretty good product for web design and
simple db queries. One of my colleges has set up a few simple intranet JSP
apps and he knows nothing of Java or JSP. However, when he wanted to do
something a little more complicated I had to step in and edit the code by
hand. I found the code to be very ugly and hard to maintain ! This was
with UltraDev 1 though and they have just released version 4.
