First let me strongly condem this ridiculous statement. A statement which defames India.
Mr Jain  how can u be so insensitive  and compare a mangnitude of 10,000 casualies with a magnitude of 10. Let me ask u Mr Jain that when a natural calamity like the Earthquake in Gujarat happened did not the world grieve.

As for feeling regret  :  It is our government (Indian),  and press which shows no regret for the plight of Kashmiris. In fact it doesnot even consider kashmiris as Indians. U cannot blame the rest of the world for it.

It is time for all free,  democratic and peaceful nations to show solidarity at this hour of loss rather than making stupid statements like intelligence failure.

Regards
John
(Indian)
