Hi All,

after some debugging i found in juju
<https://github.com/juju/juju/tree/eb98521dc187927bebe390e0172136033f80487e/cmd/juju>
/application
<https://github.com/juju/juju/tree/eb98521dc187927bebe390e0172136033f80487e/cmd/juju/application>
/deploy.go

func (c *DeployCommand) parseBind()
{

case 1:
endpoint = ""
space = v[0]

[....]

bindings[endpoint] = space

}

so the function sets the bindings array name to null, therefore we get the
issue of "empty names".
