Wikis are fine for documentation, but as a developer i would always vote
for some of these in the CVS
- - ChangeLog   (developer's log),
- - Changes.txt (summarized dev log for users)
- - TODO.txt    (guess)

Pro: They will be always with the source and not scattered around
in 404 suffering web space.
