A changeLog would be nice. You can auto-generate one using the changelog
<http://sourceforge.net/projects/cvschangelog/>Eclipse tool. Check the
SkyJUMP release notes to see an example (scroll to the bottom). It
basically concatenates all of the CVS commit notes in time order for you.

Wikis are fine for documentation, but as a developer i would always vote
for some of these in the CVS
- - ChangeLog (developer's log),
- - Changes.txt (summarized dev log for users)
- - TODO.txt (guess)
Pro: They will be always with the source and not scattered around
in 404 suffering web space.
