I agree with most of Uwe's propositions.
Maybe I would let "Convex Hull on Layer" in another menu along with
Polygonization, Thiessen polygons, Planar graph, (future) Triangulation...
I'm not yet sure if I'll change the menu before 1.4.1 final, but if
anyone has opinion about what must be included in "Analysis" menu, it's
a good time to make us know.
