Hi, You are probably right with too much overhead for a project like OJ. I have been using lately a Babefish 1.04 translation utility and I put a copy here http://latuviitta.org/documents/babelfish_104.zip
I could not find the application from www.solyp.com but license (included in zip) allows redistribution. Could you have a look on it.
