Just in case...
I don't know why people would want to use another language, but for
windows users, it is always possible changing the regional parameters in
the configuration panel change the locale used by the jvm when it starts
the application (ok, this is not a user-friendly solution, just a
possibility).

I tghink that this would be enough for OJ, Larry. I
was thinking about an alternative: for users who do
not want to manipulate anything:
providing on the wiki pages several OpenJUMP.bat for
each language OJ support with a short know how.
