You are right Michael, maybe the majority of OJ users
are not so involved in Java configuration.
The possibility to change the language probabily can
be useful for people who want to translate OJ in their
language.
Nevertheless I post this question since I plan to
prepare some wiki pages in other language than English
languages (I post a proposal yesterday on Devel
List), and I wanted to be sure that really even nerds
(I am in the between) can optimize and customize their
OJ with no problem.
Anyhow we get something: -i18n works on OJ stabe and
does't with NB.
