I tested also your printer plugin. I discover a
problem.
When I try to change the scale to 10.000 on the
printer window, the computer freezes and I have to
stop JRE. I discover that the co9mputer starts to use
more memory (like 300 MB or more) during this
operation.
I don't know if the freezing problem is connected to
my computer (Athlon 1800+, 524 RAM) that can't handle
printing large image.
The image I use originally is a 5108x4000 PIXEL, 200
DPI, which basically is the most common type of
topographic maps in Italy.
I'll do other tests with yourn plugin and I let you
know.
