A /32 is 16 bits shorter than a /48. and they'll do provider assignments substantially shorter than /32 based on need. While I occasionally see advertisements longer than a /48, my own filters and those of many others seem to be on that basis. > We currently have a /48, > and I advertise the whole thing but I'm considering splitting it up among > multiple sites. if you are consider de-aggregating you should revise your request to represent the number of sites that you have to refelect that. eg a /44 would be enough to support 16 sites support de-aggregation as necessary and so forth. > I haven't contacted my providers yet, I'm just curious. > _______________________________________________ juniper-nsp mailing list juniper-nsp@puck.nether.net https://puck.nether.net/mailman/listinfo/juniper-nsp
