Igor:
The VNC auto-detection now goes off at startup, after
everything else is done. However...it checks the 100 ports
from 5900-5999 at startup. Please note that it should *only*
check this whole range if the user hits "check again" in the
PropPanel. Otherwise, it should only check the range 5900-5909.
