Sorry for visiting this late. I have a few questions about producer ACK.
1. In DefaultEventHandler, the producer ACK is not used. Shouldn't it be used
to figure out if the send operation needs to be retried ?
2. In DefaultEventHandler, should the producer wait for ACK and timeout if it
doesn't receive one ?
3. In KafkaApis, why doesn't the broker send an error back to the producer if
it received a producer request for a partition that is not hosted on that
broker ?
