In our instance(s), we have already a separate 'Translation' for this matter: and in that 'Translation', we called it "review request', as that is the purpose we use it for in our instance currently. But you're right, the out-of-the-box experience and 'Pull request' which isn't automatic pulled after approval is rather confusing... 'series' is also a more general name, which we could also could consider using for purposes where such a "series" goes beyond the scope of reviewing (e.g. as a reference to a defect, story, ...) .
