There's not much we can do with the report in it's current form without any
sort of pattern or reproducer.

If this does not update the clipboard the number one cause would be the client
you're copying on. Can it be narrowed down to any app?
The kwin debug console can be found by typing "kwin" into krunner. That has a
tab for clipboard. Is this correct?
Does removing the system tray clipboard applet make a difference in how things
get copied?
