DESCRIPTION
Popout windows on Wayland disappear from the task manager widget after
switching to another window. The same worked well with X11.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a Firefox browser
2. Install an extension that makes popout windows, eg this one
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/popup-window
3. Popout any tab to a separate window, and see a separate item in the task
manager widget on the Plasma panel.
4. Switch to another window, and see that the task manager widget item
disappeared.
5. See that this window is still present in the "Alt+Tab" list of windows.
6. Switch back to the window, and see that the task manager widget item still
not appeared again even if the window is active.
OBSERVED RESULT
Task manager widget item for the popout (popup) window disappears.
EXPECTED RESULT
Task manager widget item for the popout (popup) window should not disappear.
