However I'm not sure it's actually a bug! Why? because if I minimize the main window, the newly-created popup window disappears too. That means it's marking itself as a child/dialog window, which means this behavior is intentional, because dialog windows intentionally don't appear in the Task Manager and Alt+Tab switcher. If you want your popped-out windows to appear in these places, I'd say just don't use this Firefox extension. Instead, right-click on the tab > Move Tab > Move to new window.
